- I’m by names Florian BAHAYA, Assistant Lecturer in the University of Rwanda and affiliated in the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, School of Nursing and Midwifery, General Nursing, Huye Campus. My academic journey is made by an advanced diploma in general nursing (1997-2000), a bachelor’s degree obtained in Nursing Education at former Kigali Health Institute (KHI)(2005-2007) and actually holding a master’s degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing accomplished in the UR in 2019.
- With a 17 years experience in teaching I have gained a variety of trainings and I was awarded certificates in several domains such as HIV/AIDS in the component of ARVs, Anatomy and physiology of lactation, supply chain logistics for commodity security course, effective teaching skills, Competence Based Approaches in pedagogy, training in Students mentorship and reproductive health, course in skilled birth attendant, use of moodle e-learning platform, in family planning and other not mentioned trainings.
