Ernest Ntizikira is currently a software engineering Ph.D. student at Dalian University of Technology, China, since 2019. He received his BSc Degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology, Rwanda, in 2011. He completed his MS Degree in Medical Informatics from University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa, in 2018. He worked as ICT Teacher "College Saint Andre"-Nyamirambo, Kigali-Rwanda (2011-2012), ICT Officer at Rwamagana School of Nursing and Midwifery (2012-2017) in Rwanda, and Assistant Lecturer at University of Rwanda (2018 to current). His main research interests include Network Security, Social networks, Wireless Sensor Networks, Internet of Things, and e-health.
